Tuna Poke

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • ~1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • crushed red pepper (or fresh)
  • scallion
  • ahi tuna (yellowfin)

Dice tuna, mix sauce ingredients, and let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
