- 300g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 250g packed brown sugar
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 200g softened butter
- 1 pack chocolate chips (270g)
Whip eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla first. Then add flour, salt, baking soda.
175C for for 15min, switch top and bottom trays half-way through (8min then 7min). Makes 24 cookies.
